Its me and my sister treating our MOM on her special day. Thank You is never enough for all the things our mom made for us.

 

And on this special day we’ve decided to go Thai and Vietnamese which is something new to our palate.

Mom and Dad’s Favorite dish.

 

 

 

 

Pad Thai Noodles– Pan fried noodles with fish sauce, tamarind pulp, lemon juice chopped peanuts and egg combined with chicken, seafood and tofu.

 

 

Our Vietnamese Dish with a very tender beef. The cilantro in this dish gives this a very unique taste.
